Dr. Collins grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. After spending a month at Vienna Animal Hospital during her final year of school, she decided to return as a full-time doctor after graduation.  She has interests in point-of-care ultrasound, internal medicine, and clinical pathology.

She now resides in Vienna with her husband and their cat, Albert.  Outside of work, you can find her hiking, spending time with friends and family, or checking out local coffee shops and restaurants.
